January was our first cashflow positive month!
We closed on our first property in this real estate journey in March 2020. Up until now, we've been running at a loss, mainly because we have been buying more properties and renovating many of the units. We are still renovating a lot of the units right now, but even with all those empty, we are still cashflow positive, which is exciting.
* After all operating expenses, debt service, payments to partners, etc. This does not factor in capex from renovations.
